Glenn began teaching himself to play the tin whistle in 2007, and has played in numerous Folk Sessions, and gigged with Folk Trio The Celtic Knot' for many years too. As a result of seeing Fisherman's Friends, the Musical eighteen months ago, Glenn suddenly found be had a singing voice for the Sea Shanty genre and, as well as singing in pubs, has performed for BourneZsing as a guest soloist at their charity concerts. Glenn has also recently begun singing with the Christchurch-based sea shanty group Buoys 'n' Gulls?
